1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only to participants who have paid for the program.
To be eligible for a refund, you must make the request within 7 days from the date of your payment.
2. Reasons for Refund
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
If you have paid for the program and no longer wish to participate, you may request a refund within the specified timeframe.
If there are significant changes to the program schedule, content, or structure that affect your ability to participate or benefit from the program, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at mentorship@companyformation.ng and provide your full name, contact information, and the reason for your refund request.
Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 5 business days.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for registration. Refunds may take 3 business days to process.
4. Refund Exemptions
Refunds will not be provided for participants who have violated the program’s Terms and Conditions and have been terminated from the program.
Refunds will not be provided for participants who miss program sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts or technical difficulties on the participant’s end.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
Ayokunle Bankole’s Company Formation Mentorship Program reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Participants will be informed of any changes in the policy.
